THE MARINE BOOT CAMP is a program that will challenge you like you have never been challenged before. It is comprised of actual exercises used by the United States Marine Corps to prepare their recruits and fleet marines.  The program combines cardio with high intensity interval training to burn fat fast and build muscle in a very short period of time.  There is a professionally designed set of exercises for each and every one of the 30 days in the program. Although extremely demanding, the workout is designed to allow for different levels of fitness as you are able to go at your own pace.  With a testing period at the end of each week you will be able to gauge your performance and observe how quickly you transform your body.  You will feel a sense of personal achievement to go along with the profound physical changes.
